*Additional documents and/or time used will be charged at our normal hourly rates. **All prepayments will be credited towards your corporate or sole proprietor tax year-end invoice. If your final year-end invoice exceeds this amount, then we will charge you for the remainder of the accounting fees. If the cost is less than your prepayments, then a credit will be left in your account for subsequent years’ accounting fees. Your accounting team will be able to provide you with an estimate of the final fees at fiscal year-end time. Note:- Administrative fees for the preparation of T4/W2 forms are billed separately. There is a one time administrative fee for the Document Management Case with the Chart of Accounts of $100.00, which is applied to the yearly fee. ***-Please file all receipts & invoices in the corresponding Chart of Accounts envelope. At the year-end send all envelopes to our office. We suggest using a courier service to ensure delivery. We have included a FedEx envelope with our delivery information for your convenience. The above prices are estimated based on 600 images (scanned receipts) for Sole Proprietors and 1000 images for Incorporated Professionals. Each additional image is $1.20 U.S. or $1.50 CDN
