  • Preparation of annual corporate financial statements on a “Notice to Reader” basis

  • Initial Review with your accounting team
  • Accounting support and advice through the year on a call in or visit basis
  • Annual tax planning
  • T4 planning and review (excluding administrative fees)
  • Document Management Case with Chart of Accounts and envelopes for each account.
  • Bookkeeping and complete document management (for up to 500 documents)
  • All documents under $20.00 each are not scanned individually. They are totalled on an adding machine tape and only the tape is scanned. This tape counts as 1 scanned document.

*T2 Corporate Clients who prepay their accounting fees are entitled to free audit insurance. This insurance covers any necessary time spent by us with the CRA or the Ministry of Finance. If the matter goes to court, any further time spent by us will be charged at normal hourly rates. Any out of pocket expenses are the responsibility of the client as is the production of any and all records concerning this matter. This insurance is only valid while your company remains a client of Wall & Associates.
**T2 Corporate Clients can purchase audit insurance for $200.
***Canadian T2 Corporate clients who have worked in the U.S. during the year can purchase US audit insurance to cover their US federal and state tax returns for a cost of $200.00. This insurance covers any necessary time spent by us with the IRS or state tax departments. If the matter goes to court, any further time spent by us will be charged at normal hourly rates. Any out of pocket expenses are the responsibility of the client as is the production of any and all records concerning this matter. This insurance is only valid while your company remains a client of Wall & Associates.

Sole Proprietor package
Monthly Fee $83.25(Cdn) + GST

  • Preparation of annual tax returns including the appropriate schedule(s) for your business activities
  • Preparation of the annual G.S.T. return (if applicable)
  • Initial Review with your accounting team
  • Accounting support and advice through the year on a call in or visit basis
  • Annual tax planni
  • Document Management Case with laminated Chart of Accounts and envelopes for each account
  • Bookkeeping and complete document management (for up to 300 documents)
  • All documents under $20.00 each are not scanned individually. They are totalled on an adding machine tape and only the tape is scanned. This tape counts as 1 scanned document.

**All prepayments will be credited towards your corporate or sole proprietor tax year-end invoice. If your final year-end invoice exceeds this amount, then we will charge you for the remainder of the accounting fees. If the cost is less than your prepayments, then a credit will be left in your account for subsequent years’ accounting fees. Your accounting team will be able to provide you with an estimate of the final fees at fiscal year-end time.

Note:- Administrative fees for the preparation of T4/W2 forms are billed separately. There is a one time administrative fee for the Document Management Case with the Chart of Accounts of $100.00, which is applied to the yearly fee. ***-Please file all receipts & invoices in the corresponding Chart of Accounts envelope. At the year-end send all envelopes to our office. We suggest using a courier service to ensure delivery. We have included a FedEx envelope with our delivery information for your convenience. The above prices are estimated based on 600 images (scanned receipts) for Sole Proprietors and 1000 images for Incorporated Professionals. Each additional image is $1.00 CDN
