  2. A Laminated Chart of Accounts. Use it for easy reference every time you store a business document inside the Document Management Case. The Chart of Accounts lists what documents you should be retaining for tax purposes and where in the case you should store them.
  3. Envelopes Labelled by Category. These envelopes are labelled and refer to specific items on your Chart of Accounts i.e. Automobile Expenses. Place documents and receipts needed for tax purposes into the appropriate envelope.
